The future of health is built online

Decentralize to care better. Under this concept, Health Connect 2025 brought together more than 100 leaders from providers, laboratories, retailers and companies in the health ecosystem.

Organized by Paradigma together with Entelai, Doc24 and Diagnóstica, with the special participation of the San Juan de Dios Hospital of Barcelona, the event was a space for dialogue and learning, where concrete experiences of innovation and articulation of more efficient, close and humane health care were shared. From artificial intelligence applied to diagnosis and smart offices, to telemedicine and self-care programs, all these initiatives demonstrate that the future of healthcare will be collaborative, connected and people-centered.

In this framework, Paradigma presented its networked care model, a strategy that seeks to solve the major challenges of the system—fragmentation, saturation and increasing costs—with a preventive, hybrid and sustainable approach, supported by technology as a common thread.

“The challenge is not to do more, but to do it differently: to reorganize the system around people, taking advantage of technology so that each actor generates a real impact on the health of the whole and, in turn, achieves operational efficiency and profitability,” highlighted Gabriela Sneider, partner at Paradigma.

This new model opens a horizon of opportunities for different sectors and industries to assume new roles in care, providing capabilities, innovation and solutions that expand the reach of the system and generate value for the entire network.

In this transformation, technology does not replace the doctor: it enhances him. It gives you time, focus and the possibility of accompanying in a closer and more human way. Because, in the end, decentralizing health means putting care back where it should always be: close to people.

The meeting took place in Building 0 + ∞ of the Faculty of Exact and Natural Sciences of the UBA, a space that breathes knowledge and opens its doors to the encounter between science, technology and human care. At the heart of innovation and data, digital health showed its full potential to transform the way we prevent, care for and accompany people.

With more than 30 years of experience, Paradigma continues to promote organizational and business transformation in key sectors, designing sustainable models that integrate innovation, efficiency and purpose with a deep human sense.
