COACHING
Coaching is provided by the individual’s direct supervisor. It is designed to fully accompany your development and give you the required tools to expand your personal and professional growth, both as an individual and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a flexible organization.

PERFORMANCE FEEDBACK
This is a development tool aimed at providing formal feedback to the individual throughout different instances: by project, preliminary annual, and annual. It also includes an auto-evaluation process.

TUTORING
A tutor is appointed for each consultant right from the day they become part of the organization. Said tutor works as an organizational model and complements the roles of the coach.

360º FEEDBACK
This is a development tool designed to provide feedback to the individual from different perspectives: supervisor, peers, coworkers, and himself/herself.

Our Integral Training center was designed to facilitate the development of our professionals.

Training at Paradigma is structured in the form of programs designed according to the different profiles and seniority of individuals, and their technical and operating skills.
