Ensure an increase in value of operating costs based on an optimized model with respect to the costs and service level offered by outsourcer.
Manage negotiation and hiring process in order to set up a flexible contract that allows business evolution with low increase in costs and investments in technology.
Establish SLAs (Service Level Agreement) consistent with service expectations, oversee the evolution of the contract and apply management practices throughout its lifecycle, optimizing cost/benefit relationship.
